Intuition - Survival and Self-Worth Triggers

Intuition comes in many forms. One way that often happens is a jolt to a stop. This happens when a trigger is set off in you that feels like a threat to either your self-worth or your survival centers. Think of an exaggerated example. If you were walking in the woods and suddenly spotted a bear a few yards away looking right at you. Your body would freeze, stiffen, and straighten. If in any daily circumstance, you feel this within, pause and try to identify what caused it. Is it a real threat or a trigger that is familiar to a past threat but has no real relation to today? Intuition will let you know that something is amiss, but then it's up to your mind to process and figure out what exactly it means to you.
